Patterico has made a pledge:

If the FEC makes rules that limit my First Amendment right to express my opinion on core political issues, I will not obey those rules.

I, too, will make that pledge. McCain Feingold was bad enough, now we have to limit bloggers? Frankly, I think the odds of it happening are slim. But if it does happen, I'm not going to to keep my mouth shut.
